So while on my one week break, my boyfriend and I decided to go for one of our picnics after the longest time. With work like constantly being in the way seeing as we’re both entrepreneurs, it’s rare that we have a free day in common so I was just about as excited as could be.
We’d gotten pretty lazy in the past past and often got take out and just hoped on the road, but I proposed this time that we prepare a menu that we’d both work on just for the fun of it.
The menus consisted:
Delicious chicken sandwiches
Vegetarian mini pizzas
The most amazing potato wedges ever
Copycat eet sum mor cookies
I will share all the recipes with you.
The first one being the copycat eet sum mor cookies.
Believe it or not this recipe only consisted 4 ingredients and boy were they amazing.
Ingredients
450g of unsalted butter
1 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius
Line a baking tray with baking paper or butter pan and lightly flour
Mix butter and sugar until well incorporated.
Sift salt and flour and mix in until well incorporated.
Roll dough into a large sausage and cut into circles or squares.
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom

ENJOY!
I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe along with many other that’ll be posted soon. I know I loved them.
