I am the founder of Zesty Zoe, a baking business presently focused on making cakes and cupcakes.

I have been in business a little over a year now and my passion is fueled by giving my client base delicious and beautiful treats that you will get to see in various posts on this website. I really aim for them to fall in love with the sweet treats ‘at first bite.’

In the many months that I’ve been in business I have enjoyed great success in areas I did not imagine I could, experimenting with fondant, buttercream, new and improved recipes and food art. It’s really been an incredible journey.

From this blog I hope to share with you the things I’ve learn throughout my journey hoping it sparks your interest and you fall in love with food the same way I have. It will be filled with recipes, tips, restaurant reviews, you name it!
